These are the terms and conditions ("T&Cs") for the 2bacting.com website (the "Site"). The Site belongs to 2b Acting Limited ("2b Acting", "2b Acting.com", “2bacting.tv”, “2B”, "we" or "us").

OUR WEBSITE SERVICES

Free Services

We offer all visitors, who agree to these terms and conditions and have the right facilities to access our service, the opportunity to watch streaming video clips the majority of which are produced by 2b Acting production. The content available can be changed at anytime.

Some of our services are free for now, but that may change in the future. If we start to charge for a previously free Service, you will no longer be entitled to use it for free and we will notify you in advance by:

• placing a notice visibly on the Site; or

• sending you a personal text or email message – where you are a registered member and can be contacted by us.

Paid Services

We offer a monthly or annual subscription to our Paid service, which gives subscribers, who agree to these terms and conditions and have the right facilities to access our service, the opportunity to watch streaming video clips available from a selectable list at a time to suit them 24 hours a day. The content available in the selection list can be changed at anytime. In addition, Paid subscribers will have the opportunity to receive free email newsletters (where available) and take part in promotions (as they arise or if appropriate).

The subscription to our Paid Service is for 1 month (4 weeks) or 1 year (52 weeks) from the date that the subscription is activated. Subscription can be activated by completing the online form and making payment using our secure online payment system. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided when payment is confirmed. The service is active when you receive your user name and password to access the Paid services.

Paid Service subscriptions are only offered on a fully pre-paid basis and no refunds will be given against cancelled subscriptions other than in exceptional circumstances and at the absolute discretion of our management. All refund queries must be sent using the contact page on the website.

We may modify or discontinue our services or your account with us, with or without notice, without liability to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

On termination of the Services your right to use the Services immediately ceases and we shall then have no obligation to maintain your access to the Paid content.

We will send you reminders to renew your subscription as the subscription period approaches completion. We will attempt to automatically bill you for repeat monthly subscriptions. Subscription can be cancelled at anytime by using the contact page on the website. When subscription is cancelled then access to Paid services will end at the end of the paid period.

We also offer quality, and often exclusive, videos, music and art content which you can view online and download to the phone that you have registered with us. Much of this Content has a download cost associated with it.

Remember that when you download Content from the Site you may also incur charges from your network provider. These costs vary by network and are dependant on the plan you have chosen. For details, please contact your network provider.

We can assure you that, provided you have properly downloaded the Content in accordance with these T&Cs and all instructions and warnings that we may provide, you have the right to use the Content non-commercially but you may not make copies of any Content to give or sell to other people or send the Content to other people.

We accept no liability for Content which is not fit for the purpose for which it was ordered or if it is not suitable for your purpose. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We may modify or discontinue our services or your account with us, with or without notice, without liability to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

USING THE SITE

When using the Site you agree:

• to use the Site entirely at your own risk at all times

• not to do anything which will or might damage, interfere with, disrupt access to, interrupt or impair the functionality or the material available on the Site

COMPLIANCE

If there is a change in the law or any regulation limiting our ability to provide the Site or the Service, or if we consider that you have breached any of these T&Cs or otherwise behaved inappropriately when using the Site or any service on the Site we reserve the right to:

• delete any material or content without notice to you;

• close your 2b Acting account(s), and/or delete any information you may have provided; and take measures (including terminating, suspending or restricting your access) to prevent you from using the Site.

PAYMENT

We'll debit your card when we receive a correctly submitted online form. In the event that we are unable to supply the service to you, we'll let you know and refund the card.

If you subscribe to our Paid Services we will send you an email to confirm payment and the set up of the subscription.

As part of the payment process, you will be required to enter into a separate agreement our payment processor. This will be a separate agreement between you and that processor and you agree to use the service in accordance with any instructions the processor gives you.

You warrant to us that the details you provide while using the Site are correct and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of all the products and services that you attempt to purchase with that card.

By registering with us, you agree to pay on time any fees, tariffs or other charges for subscriptions, downloads and any other chargeable product.

We reserve the right to cancel any order on the rare occurrence that we reasonably suspect any type of fraudulent activity.

We have no control over network charges. Please contact your network provider as charges often vary.

Before subscribing to use our Paid Services please ensure that you can view the content by accessing our Free service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete our service(s) at any time. This includes pricing of any paid-for services or products that we offer.

The 2b Acting.com name and logos belong to us and may not be used without our written permission.

Also, all copyright, trade mark rights, database rights, patent rights and any other intellectual property rights in text, graphics, audio, video or image files, content (including Content), software, data and information displayed on, or available from the Site belong to or are licensed by us unless otherwise stated. This includes the organisation and layout of the site and the underlying software owned by us or our licensors and suppliers. You agree that all these materials are available for your personal use only, and you may not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer any such materials without our written permission except for the sole purpose of viewing the Site's content.
